Artist Norimasa Hattori likes animals, fish, insects, and other creatures, and also loves visiting zoos, aquariums, and museums. He expresses his passion for fish. Many fish are drawn with a felt-tip pen, which strongly reflects the characteristics of himself.

Norimasu Hattori was born in 1971 and lives in Aichi. His unique perspective creates art with his sense of humor. He participated in “Asian Para art Tokyo” in 2009.

Artbility is an income support organisation for people with a disability. In 1986, Social welfare corporation Tokyo built this art library. Now 200 artist and 4500 of high quality works are registered in this library. Companies can rent the artwork and 60% of the fee will go directly to the artist.
