Ebisu, Daikokuten, Fukurokuju, Bishamonten, Hotei, Juroujin and Benzaiten. The seven lucky gods (Shichi-fukujin) have been worshiped in Japan since the closing years of Muromachi period. Each god represents a different luck. Pilgrimage to the temple and shrines dedicated to the seven lucky gods usually takes place around new years. Visitors from all over japan come to pay their respects and pray in the hope of receiving good fortune for the coming year.
