Dashi met het gele dopje:

Igeta Happo Dashi

(Japanese fish bouillon sauce)

Made on the basis of Inoue Honten’s famous Igeta Usukuchi light soy sauce, and their selfmade bouillon of bonito flakes, seaweed and shiitake mushrooms.

Happo means all-round, and this bouillon can be used for all dishes.

Chill after opening.

Ingredients:

Soy sauce, bonito flakes, mushrooms, seaweed, flour, rice, sugar, salt

Dashi met het witte dopje:

Igeta Men-Tsuyu

(Japanese noodle sauce)

Made on the basis of Inoue Honten’s famous Igeta Koikuchi dark soy sauce, and theire selfmade bouillon of bonito flakes, seaweed and shiitake mushrooms. Use for udon and soba, but also tempura sauce, oden, and cooked dishes.

Chill after opening.
